Appeals

• Export all ready appeals using m:Special:Export
• Edit XML file
  • Replace 420 and 422 with 450 (unique visitors)
  • Replace 73 and 93 with 95 (staff count)
  • Replace 400 with 679 (server count)
  • Replace {{PLURAL: with {{PLURAL-RU| (for Russian and possibly Ukrainian/Belarusian)
  • Replace "Fundraising 2011/" with "Template:2011FR/Appeal-"
  • Replace " Letter/" with "/text/"
  • Replace "Jimmy Letter 002/" with "default/text/"
  • For appropriate languages, insert {{AppealAmountSwitch}} (manually)
  • Save
• Import to donate using Special:Import
• Mark translations as published on Meta

Banners and LPs

• Copypaste banners line-by-line from pages marked as ready into 2011translations banner
• Copypaste LP headers into appropriate templates on donate
• Copypaste white box into appropriate template on donate
